Youngstown Alumnae Panhellenic Association (YAPA)has been building the bond of sisterhood for 92 years. YAPA was organized in January 1926.
YAPA contributes to community charities, National Panhellenic Conference, and Youngstown State University Panhellenic. In 2015, YAPA established an Endowment Fund with the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley. We sponsor a scholarship to active members of the National Panhellenic Conference that reside in Mahoning, Trumbull, or Columbiana County.
YAPA successes include new members joined, a stronger relationship with the YSU Greek women, established an endowment for the scholarship, and increased our social media presence, and had you as member.
In 2015, YAPA had 2 members that celebrated 25 years of membership and 2 members that celebrated 50 years of membership.
YAPA is a circle of Sisterhood, an opportunity where our sisterhood can grow, support Greek women, gives value beyond our college days, and a place where you can find sisterhood. YAPA and Sisterhood are FOR LIFE.
